EEl Pregonero, Santo Domingo.-La Junta Central Electoral (JCE) informó este viernes las fechas en las cuales los Partidos, Agrupaciones o Movimientos Políticos que no optaron por la modalidad de Primarias Simultáneas, realizarán sus Asambleas o Convenciones para la escogencia de sus candidatos y candidatas a cargos de elección popular, a más tardar el último domingo del presente mes, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 46 de la Ley 33-18.
En tal sentido, la institución informó que, hasta la fecha, 23 organizaciones políticas realizarán entre los días 10 y 27 de octubre sus asambleas o convenciones, quedando solo 3 partidos por definir.
Asimismo, previa instrucción del presidente de la Junta JCE, Julio César Castaños Guzmán, cada una de las convenciones o asambleas contará con la supervisión y asistencia técnica de las direcciones de Informática e Inspectoría de la JCE.
